The delicious black Kyoho grape is well known as a specialty table grape vartiety originating in the cool climates
of Japan. Now other parts of the world have found the Kyoho grape and it is particularly enjoyable for eating
while in season and as a table wine at any time of the year.
The Kyoho produced for this sparkling wine are grown in the Sunraysia area of inland Australia, where the climate
is very hot in summer and cold and frosty in winter. The temperature variations have suited its growth and
development and contribute to its intense flavour.
In the summer, if you walk among the vines as it is harvested, you can smell the distinctive aroma
of these dark and luscious grapes and the fruity, plum like flavour lingers after the fruit is
consumed. These special characteristics have been carefully retained during the production
of KYOHO SPARKLING ROSÉ.
KYOHO SPARKLING ROSÉ is at its best when served well chilled,
either with fruit and cheese or enjoyed as a wonderful
accompaniment to Asian food of all types. |
